Yeah, those are our favorite.

We're Rebecca and Kyle, and we stumbled upon the secret to incredible wedding films in the most on-brand way possible – by being awkward in front of the camera ourselves.

When we eloped to the Oregon coast, our photographer didn't just tolerate our nerdy ideas. She embraced our vision of an epic adventure, even including lightsaber battles against the sunset. (Yes, really.)

That's when it hit us like a Millennium Falcon at light speed – this is what couples deserve. Someone who doesn't just capture their day but helps them embrace their unique brand of awesome.

Rebecca absolutely loves “Anne of Green Gables”, (hence why we wanted to go to Prince Edward Island) and we were able to capture that vibe — one of our favorites!

She's thinking about how to weave in those little moments that make your love story unique. Meanwhile, Kyle's connecting story dots like a conspiracy theorist to make sure your wedding film fits your love story like a glove.

Can you say Zvejnieks? I didn’t think so! :) Most people when they look at our last name resort to “Z something” rather then trying to pronounce it. We thought it was a creative name for our wedding films that was very personal to us.

Story Driven Films

Our goal is to create story driven films that truly reflect the couple. We strive to capture your personalities and the things you love! One of the best ways we do this is with an adventure session on a separate day.

What is an adventure session?

This is one of our favorite things to do with a couple during the week leading up to their wedding. We will spend about an hour with the two of you doing something that is just “you”. Do you love to go hiking together? Cooking meals or baking? Watching movies and cuddling on the couch? Hammocking at a park? The options are endless! We then take this footage and mix it into your wedding day film to help tell your story.
